How To Register
There are two forms for registration:
1. Individual Delegate Registration - This gives us information about each delegate attending.
*This form should be completed for each individual (including advisors) attending!
2. Campus Delegation Registration - This gives us information about your overall delegation.
*Only 1 form for your entire delegation needs to be completed.
**Each institution registering will complete BOTH forms.

Delegation Limits
Each registering institution is permitted a maximum of six (6) delegates, two (2) advisors and two (2) alternates.
Cost
Registration costs will be as follows:
Price Per Delegate = $167.00
Price per Advisor = $217.00
Price Per Delegate = $167.00

Payment
Payments can be accepted via money order or check. We cannot accept credit cards at this time unfortunately.
PLEASE MAKE CHECK/MONEY ORDER PAYABLE TO: Marty Potter - NEACURH
*If your institution cannot make a check payable to Marty Potter-NEACURH, then please have them make the check out to just 'NEACURH' but in the memo section of the check have them put 'Marty Potter'.
Please note that an additional fee of $10 per person will be assessed to institutions/delegates who register late.
Checks and/or money orders should be postmarked no later than Monday, October 17th and can be mailed to the address below:

Invoices:
Invoices will be processed in the following manner:
-For delegations that DO NOT list any alternates - Invoices will be processed starting 10/3/16 and will be sent via email in the order that registration was received.
-For delegations that DID list alternates - Invoices will be processed AFTER late registration closes when it is determined if alternates will be accepted to attend or not.
