All registration will take place at the HUNT Union on campus!
Parking is directly in front of the HUNT Union. There will be volunteers to assist you as you get to campus as well as signs posted to get you to where you need to go!
We ask that once you are in the HUNT Union and directed to the registration area, only NCC's and Advisors are the people who come to the registration tables & complete registration of the delegation (this will help with crowd control at the check in area). For everyone else waiting, they are welcome to use any restroom facilities, visit Starbucks or even our Red Dragon Outfitters (campus bookstore) and are strongly encouraged to check out our pre-conference philanthropy! More details about the pre-conference philanthropy can be found under the philanthropy tab on this website!
Hotel keys, forms, free items, NEACURH affiliation & merchandise, etc. will be at the check-in area on campus in the HUNT Union.
Once you have checked in on campus, delegations are free to go to the hotels to settle in and then grab dinner (on your own). A map to guide you to the hotels and area restaurants will be provided to you upon check-in.
