Regional Leadership Conference 2016
Gryffindor (Leadership & Community Building)
Do you want to develop your leadership skills, harness your bravery, or learn how to unite and empower your team? Then it must be… GRYFFINDOR!
Key words: community building, social, leadership, development, group dynamics, self-discovery
Ravenclaw (Diversity)
If you're quirky, unique, and proud of your social identities, then this is the track for you! Attend programs in this track that address how diversity relates to your campus community, and how to address controversial topics relating to social identities and social issues.
Key words: diversity, ally, LGBTQ+, race, social identities
Hufflepuff (Sustainability & Service)
If you are a Hufflepuff through and through, and you value loyalty to your community and your planet, then this track is for you! Here you will learn about things like introducing and implementing successful sustainability/service initiatives on your campus, making your organization sustainable or service oriented, and the difference between effective and ineffective community service.

Slytherin (Special Skills & Miscellaneous Innovation)
Are you driven by ambition to learn every skill known to student leaders and young wizards and witches everywhere? Then this track will surely help you get ahead! These programs will assist you with innovation in all aspects of life, as well as developing useful professional skills ranging from event hosting to networking to learning traditional business models and everything in between!

Moving Portraits (Passive Programming)
Sometimes the wall hangings can tell a story of their own! This track is for passive programs, or programs that can function independently without a presenter. Here, attendees can still interact with and benefit from the display, trifold, wheel, table, diorama, bulletin board, etc. These passive programs can serve any purpose or fall under any category.

Advisor Resource Training/Advisor Track
Now housed under NACURH, the new Advisor Resource Training Program has been developed with varying advisor needs in mind. ART consists of a 28 session curriculum, covering a variety of topics, and the new experiential requirements that will enable you to apply what you have learned in the classroom, to what you will encounter as an advisor. Advance through the levels by attending all the sessions and completing the necessary experiential requirements.
